CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Should you wish to cancel or return any products, you may only do so in accordance with our Returns & Cancellation Policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under distance selling legislation or e-commerce regulations in the territory to which the product is shipped (the "Regulations").

If you return a product under the Regulations, we will issue a full refund. However, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the product (if you have already received it), unless otherwise specified in our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

PAYMENT TERMS

The total cost of your order will include the purchase price of the products (including taxes).

You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method being used is yours and that all details provided, including but not limited to name and address, are complete, accurate, and correct. You further confirm that the credit/debit card is valid and that the inputted payment details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders and payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer or payment provider. If your card or payment method provider refuses to authorize the payment, we will not accept your order, and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We are under no obligation to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for any additional charges or fees applied by your card issuer, bank, or payment provider due to the processing of your payment in accordance with your order.

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at thehouseofabeer@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. An exchange will be processed only after verification on our end.

Shipping

To return a defective product, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery

·       Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.

·        Your gift may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.

·        A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products.

·        No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.

·        Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.

·        The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.

·        All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
